I decided to visit Chicago with my local friends during the weekend and we booked 2 rooms at The Swissotel. The second we arrived there the car parking workers opened our doors and guided us towards the entrance hall that was very warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by details like a children check in area or the totally free cupcakes.
The receptionist gave us our keys and we all left to the rooms. The minute I entered into my room for the first time I noticed how large and relaxing it is and my buddies were already thanking me for the excellent choice I made. Well, the nice surprises were not over yet. The toilet was huge, elegant and it had both a bath tub and a shower which was fantastic. The rest of the conveniences were also high class.
Since we arrived later in the day and we were also exhausted we all agreed to not leave the hotel in the very first day. As an alternative we made the decision to check the facilities of the place. All of us loved the totally equipped gym, the large and quiet pool area and of course the sauna. We also had some time to enjoy the sights of Chicago which were completely beautiful. The personnel treated us very kind and we were all extremely delighted regarding the fantastic services provided by the personnel from the Swiss hotel.
Due to the fac that we were all hungry we choose one of the two fantastic dining places offered by the Swiss hotel. The food was great and the staff too. Before going to sleep we spent a couple of hours in the beverage bar at the entrance hall. The Swiss hotel Chicago offers excellent accommodation and I recommended it to all my friends.
